Payment Policy

This policy outlines the payment methods we accept, when payment is due, and how we handle payment-related issues.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

M-PesaLipa Na M-Pesa (Paybill or Till). Available to Safaricom subscribers in Kenya. Instant payment confirmation.
Debit / Credit CardVisa and Mastercard accepted via our secure payment gateway. 3D Secure authentication required.
Bank TransferAvailable for large or institutional orders. Contact us for bank details. Orders are held until payment clears.
Cash on DeliveryAvailable for Nairobi deliveries only. Payment is collected by the courier at the time of delivery.

2. When Payment Is Due

Full payment is required at the time of placing your order, before goods are dispatched — except for Cash on Delivery orders, where payment is collected upon receipt of goods.

3. Payment Security

All online transactions on senseshub.vision use HTTPS encryption. Card details are processed by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway and are never stored on our servers. M-Pesa transactions are handled directly by Safaricom's secure infrastructure.

4. Failed Payments

If your payment fails:

  • Your order will not be confirmed and no goods will be dispatched
  • You will be notified by email or on-screen and invited to retry with the same or a different payment method
  • If you experience repeated failures, contact your bank or M-Pesa provider, or reach out to us for assistance

5. M-Pesa Specific Notes

  • Enter your M-Pesa number in the format 2547XXXXXXXX (254 country code, no leading zero)
  • You will receive a push notification on your phone to confirm the payment
  • Ensure your M-Pesa account has sufficient balance including any applicable transaction charges
  • M-Pesa transactions are subject to Safaricom's transaction limits (currently a maximum of KES 150,000 per transaction)
  • For orders above the M-Pesa transaction limit, please use bank transfer or contact us

6. Currency

All prices and transactions are in Kenyan Shillings (KES). For international orders, please contact us for a quote in your preferred currency.

7. Receipts and Invoices

An order confirmation and payment receipt is sent to your email address after successful payment. If you require a VAT invoice or official receipt for accounting purposes, please email us at sales@senseshub.vision.

8. Refunds

Payment refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used.
